The program offers:

• Performance-Based Revenue Participation: 20% HCB revenue share on successful introductions.
• Priority Access to Paid Opportunities: First access to well-remunerated freelance coaching, mentoring, consulting, and advisory assignments within the HCB ecosystem.
• No Sales or Delivery Burden: HCB manages qualification, scoping, governance, and quality assurance allowing ambassadors to focus on relationships, credibility, and impact.

Where an Ambassador introduction results in a signed client–partner project engagement, a 20% revenue share applies to the HCB success-based commercial component associated with that engagement.

The model is:

• Entirely performance-based
• Triggered upon successful conversion
• Paid in alignment with agreed commercial milestones

Yes. Ambassadors are included in HCB’s Priority Professional Pool. Where projects require specific expertise in coaching, advisory, facilitation, or consulting, Ambassadors are considered first for these paid assignments.

These engagements are separate from introduction-based revenue participation.

No. There are no membership fees, retainers, or financial commitments required. The model is entirely value-driven and success-based.

Ambassadors act as Relationship Connectors. The role is to identify potential organizational needs and facilitate warm introductions where there is clear alignment.

No. Ambassadors do not need to master the full partner landscape. Once a need is identified, HCB curates and aligns the most suitable partner or consortium.

All contracts are signed directly between the Client and the selected Delivery Partner.

Ambassadors operate as independent professionals under a non-employment, nonexclusive arrangement. Participation does not restrict other professional activities or affiliations.
